I’m going to call UCLA to see if I can get on their list for tomorrow. My doctor in the other doctor so she want me to lose 20 pounds so I’m going to ask if I could get him in active list

Thank you I’ve lost like 60 pounds already and I join Nutrisystem to try to lose weight but I want to join 24 hour fitness I just have to find time to go between going to dialysis three times a week sometimes four. Instead of Nutrisystem, I suggest BistroMD Silver. (I dislike they call it Silver implying their special diets are for the elderly.) They have tasty low sodium and kidney diet options that are also calorie/portioned controlled. There are also a few MagicKitchen low sodium options that are good but only the a la carte with that one. The “full meals” with Magic Kitchen are clearly made with another company and are kinda icky.

Ok thank u its hard to lose weight now im66 and haveo ly 4 years to lose weight . What a pain!
