The National Forum of ESRD Networks has just published a new toolkit to help dialysis patients dealing with depression. It can help you

*recognize the signs of depression

*develop strategies for reducing sadness, stress, and anxiety

*find professionals who can help you understand your mental health issues and provide medical solutions, if necessary

The toolkit is available at esrdnetworks.org/resources/...

On that page, you will also find a toolkit for lodging a formal complaint when you feel your health care provider is not treating you fairly or maintaining the expected quality of care.
