does anyone also feel nauseous and has got wasting with proteinuria, I am starting to feel more nauseous lately.

Me again, Radars - Recently, I've had nausea and my usually healthy appetite has disappeared; I'm also getting muscle wasting, constant proteinuria, mental confusion, and exhaustion (despite having the best sleep in years after moving house to a quiet location). All these are likely to be connected with a recent drop in blood sodium, for which I can't get any useful advice. It's obvious the PKD is progressing - I'm 81 - but I suspect the consultant feels his dialysis and transplant patients are in greater need of his attention. So I'll ask one of the UK kidney charities for advice through their helpline - they're staffed with trained kidney patient volunteers, who I assume can get more information via the charity. I shall write down my questions in advance as it's hard to think clearly during the conversation.
