I have medication related stage 3B kidney disease

I am frequently tired in the afternoon.

What are the ideas you have for me to be more alert throughout the middle of the day?

Maybe have them check your Vitamin B12 level. My early labs showed i was low and I've been on it ever since. It seems to help my energy level. Hope this helos

I agree...B12 could help. They took me off of it, saying I had too much B12. But it can give you energy.

A 15 minute cat-nap does wonders for me. Sometimes I pace the house just to get the blood flowing, gets me through the day.
