constipation solved

My kidneys were damaged when I was eight years old. (i’m now 69 years old and at EGFR of about 31.) Since then I’ve had anemia, or at least borderline anemia, feeling cold and tired all the time. But also I’ve suffered with chronic constipation. I’ve tried just about everything I can think of over the years, but I think I finally found a solution. For a few months now I’ve had wonderful success with a probiotic blend that includes bifidobacterium bifidum. This is part of a formula that I found online from Dr. Gundry. Not sure I am allowed to mention the name of the formula. I mentioned the bacteria name because I’ve read in other places online that that is known to help with constipation. How much the other probiotic and post biotics in this formula help, I cannot tell.

So anyway just wanted to mention this in case somebody else finds it helpful.

Thanks for the info. I've had the same problem as well and have found great success with Prunelax. It's a natural Sena formulation. Best Wishes,
