Hi,

Omega 3 Fish Oil has two components EPA and DHA. Each component has been shown to have different health benefits. So a person needs to match their health concern with the proper component. I use EPA for its proven benefit for cardiovascular disease. Regular Omega 3 has not been proven beneficial for cardiovascular disease. I'm not sure about any proven benefit of DHA. Dave
