Hi all! Happy Holidays and soon Happy New Year.

Living with too much crap, but making the most of it. Advocating and lobbying, awareness, and education here in New York State (yes, I share that). Check out my profile for a bit more.

I hope to learn more from others (thank you NKF moderators) as well as share my own experiences, especially with multiple chronic conditions, open-heart surgery, and a toe amputation.

Just remember, everything is due to vascular & microvascular issues.

Will also talk guitar, baseball, and this week, college football. Ok, I guess these would be off-topic.

wow im a breast and cervical cancer warrior remissioned over 24 years now.ironic that i get ckd and heart failure and a lung disease all within a few years of each other.someone up there has an odd sense of humor..lol
