Those that are diabetic and have kidney disease should be mindful that some of these recipes have flour and rice. So, it's important to swap those items out for almond flour and cauliflower rice. If left in, they will spike your glucose which will, in turn, harm your precious kidneys (and other organs). My husband lost his kidneys to this vile disease., the leading cause of kidney failure.
