Hi Asit,
I am a Membraneous Nephropathy patient as well.
Under my nephrologist and PCP's supervision, I take the BP Medication, Lisinopril.
I am also on a plant based diet which they are in accord with.

my son was diagnosed with idiopathic membrane ours nephropathy at 16. He uses tacromilus.
