From what I understand from google this is normal kidneys right? They said I have ckd stage 3.. All my numbers except creotine and egfr were good..This is what the sonogram said. I also have hashimotos I have heard if that ever gets under control kidney function might return to normal...

Technique: Multiple sonographic images of the kidneys and bladder were obtained. Findings: The right kidney measures 10.8 x 5.2 x 4 cm in size, and the left kidney measures 9.5 x 4.6 x 5.9 cm. There is no bilateral hydronephrosis or obvious echogenic renal calculus. The bladder is unremarkable. Bilateral ureteral jets are identified. Impression: 1. Unremarkable sonographic evaluation of the bilateral kidneys without hydronephrosis.

The size and shape of a kidney is not always correlated to CKD. It is how the kidney is functioning. At that is indicated by the labs, GFR and Creatinine.
