Hi I’m 23 year old who suffers from CKD. I was born with small kidneys and as my body grew my kidneys did not. When I was 10 I was but on peritoneal dialysis until I got my first kidney transplant when I was 13. That kidney lasted for 4 years and I was put back on dialysis. I had my second transplant April 21 2016. I had a very difficult time finding thisnkidney since my antibodies were at 99% because of my first kidney and blood transfusions. Today my creatinine is 1.01 and I feel better than I have ever felt!
