Second opinion?

Hello everyone,

Great to have found this community.

I'm getting mixed diagnostics from my Urologist: I have a fully collapsed ureter + the severe hydronephrosis is not bad enough to plan the next procedure 4 weeks out. This doesn't seem to make any sense and I would like to review the diagnostics with another urologist or expert.

Context:

GFR 55

Creatinine 1.50

Ultrasound and CT scan showed severe hydronephrosis in right kidney. Blockage in ureter. No stones or outside constriction.

Ureteroscopy showed healthy ureter but also full collapse. Couldn't get through with tools. No stent placing possible.

Next procedure will be a repeat + entry through kidney drain.

I'm new here and welcome any guidance in this process.

Thank you.
