Sorry to hear of your Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). That combined with CKD could be difficult dealing with, and making adjustments.

Do you see a cardiologist? I’m wondering how much of what you describe is due to the CHF.

In the meantime, I’m assuming your Walmart has those cute little motorized shopping carts. Now you have an excuse to buzz around Walmart in one of those🙂!

When my blood sugar dives in Walmart you can find me sitting on a chair in the furniture or shoe departments!

Your comment made me lol. Now that patio furniture is set up in the garden area at our store, I've noticed a number of elderly and/or challenged people sitting on the chairs and sofas. Last time I was there, one was happily reading a book and another one was snoozing away with his motorized cart parked nearby. The prior week, there was a whole group chatting with each each other. I think it would be smart marketing for stores to set aside a sitting area for customers!

These big stores tire many people out.

Crap Barbara I can’t (or couldn’t last year) MAKE it all the way to the patio section…that’s half a store away from the door…I’m impressed..lol!

As to Walmart, no benches for us, either. I have been using delivery with that and Instacart for the last 18mo. I probably spend more money but can shop for myself.
