Scared with symptoms

So for about two months I have been having new symptoms and I am scared what they might be.

I was getting lots of pain in my ankles and calfs, my socks are leaving marks from minor swelling. Standing up for 30-60mins started causing me pain for first time in life .

My feet and toes are cold, but when I go I the shower they go red and feel like burning when warm.

I sometimes feel out of breath for easy walks and sometimes don't when I perform more challenging walks.

I was very active before but a simple jog left me in pain in my calfs for six days.

I am getting spasms in my calfs. They are constant but when worse they feel like creepy crawling down my leg.

On the positive side my blood pressure is 130/72

Once you get back your blood test results you might have a better idea what's going on.

You have reached a web site for Chronic Kidney Disease. We do help each other on this site, by sharing information and support for CKD, however we do not diagnose. Best you contact your Doctor about your symptoms.

Remember that on this site we can only give you info from our own experiences. It's best when you are having new issues that you discuss it with your doctor. For me when I have pain in my calves, cramping and seem out of breath it's because I am not drinking enough fluids. Some of these symptoms can be the result of being dehydrated. Try drinking more water and see if you don't feel better.

Hi Thank you for your responses. My GP says I need to see him again after the blood test results. I have tried to discuss it with four doctors now and they don't care or listen.

I think the spasms I've never had before in my life are down to mineral imbalance. I wish it was something as simple as more water, but I thought of that before and it's not. I can see involuntary muscle moving it's not just cramps.
