nasal congestion and CKD 5

Does anyone know of a nasal spray that is safe to take for nasal congestion if you have CKD 5 Thank you

I get very congested at night and since I use a CPap,I need to breathe through my nose. I have been using Astelin prescribed for years. It makes you sleepy so it is great at night.
