Post- transplant 15 months.

I eat at 11:30 and 4:30-5pm. I feel so much better and sleep better, it helps my sugar stay lowered too. I have a very light snack some days at 2&6pm.

I walk 15 minutes a day after meals and eat no more than 25 carbs a day.

My creatine norm they are happy with is 1.4-1.75 but last test it was 1.39.

I have lost 23 lbs. since transplant. Need to lose 25 more pounds.

Very Blessed🙏🏻

Very good !....I have never eaten more than 2 meals a day...I have always thought the idea of 3 meals was over indulgence...2 well balanced meals a day should be plenty for most people
