In my experience it's good for helping reduce acid reflux which is bizarre as it's an acid itself. I also find a drop of it in warm water helps when I suffer from nausea. I am at stage 5 with 5% eGFR.

For some but not all. If a low acid environment then yes it can help. Make sure you and other who read this post dilutes it in water otherwise risk of developing a perforated ulcer.
