Helpful tips for newbies and others from a Renal Dietician on what to eat with CKD. It covers protein amounts and other topics that seem to be confusing when you don't have a dietician of your own. I like hearing other opinions so this was good info and easy to understand. There are other radio programs listed on CKD that you to listen to on their website.

Thanks so much. I'm researching this currently and will make my first visit to an RDN very soon. Having some suggestions is helpful if they are specific to different CKD levels and comorbidities.
