Good afternoon,

I stopped having pred today , i want to increase my weight, i want to eat alot, more than before 🥲,

So if i eat more calories from today did the fat distribute like ( before having pred ) or it will distribute in face and neck ??!

Another quotation/ how did i know if the fat in my body is distributing like before having pred.. do i need to do some tests ?

The fat should go the same way it would with or without pred. The exception might be that pred causes bloating and swelling, but don't confuse that with fat

Fat is fat. After taking prednisone you do have more fat cells in your body than if you never took it, but they are everywhere. If you gain weight it will be dispersed normally. Your moon face from predisone will return to normal. Most people going off prednisone need to lose weight, not gain weight. Slowly add more calories and protein drinks to your meals. Don't fill up on useless calories. Eat healthy carbs. See a dietician if you are underweight and need to gain more than 10 lbs.
