Hello everyone. I know there have been a few posts about Farxiga. I have read that it was recently approved to potentially slow ckd progression. I don’t see my neph for another month, and was just curious if any of you were either taking it, or had some information from your doctor.

As promised I asked my kidney doctor today about Farxiga. He said that he would only prescribe it if it was absolutely necessary because that there are unwanted side effects. I should also add that he is a proponent of the less medication the better. Sorry but that's all the information I could get.
