I have seen a nephrologist and had the 24 urine test which came back fine. My GFR and blood pressure are fine. I have no other underlying issues except for elevated creatinine levels for a woman. I drink a lot of water(64 oz or more a day) and no doctors can explain my raised creatinine levels. Currently, it's 1.17 and usually, it's 1.0. Any ideas here?

Here is a link to information on creatinine. Your levels appear to be in the high range but not out of range. healthline.com/health/high-.... What does your eGFR test show?

I would probably ask the nephrologist to repeat the labs every 3 months and see what happens to your creatinine. The normal for my lab is creatinine 0.7 - 1.2. So you are approaching the high side of normal. My doctor says that sometimes the cause can be lab error. You can ask for the lab to be repeated in 2 weeks and see the results.I would also keep a graph of your creatinine values.
Best of luck to you, and hope it was just a fluke.
