People are fed up of listening to complains, one or another. They are not ready to listen as they behave like nothing is wrong with me- all is well-after the transplant. I do it blame them as my wife have been struggling with it for more than 30 years now. And COVID has alienated most other friends. Social media and online chatting can not replace the personal interaction.

I think that one of the problems with CKD, it's very hard to tell that you are sick. If you have cancer or have breathing issues and are on oxygen there is no outward sign that you are in need of a kidney transplant. Unless you tell everyone you know, they have no idea what you are going through.
Sorry, I don't have an answer to all of this, but try to teach your friends about CKD. Little by little I told my friends what I was going through. I know it is scary enough with out having understanding friends that can support you.
We are here for you, since we all have gone through this. I had a transplant in 1999.
