Information to Support You in Taking Care of your Kidneys

There are always requests about things you can or can't eat with CKD. I've included a link to a lot of information. You can select the area you want to explore and go from there. I hope this helps folks in searching for specific food choices and other issues.

Thanks, Mr._ Kidney!

Outstanding site with clearly stated explanations and food choices.

Many thanks for generously sharing your research and experience, sir! I've been reading Health Unlocked for about 18 months now, and am particularly grateful for the input you offer. Bassetmommer is also a contributor whose posts I trust. "Taking the load off" our kidneys is the best practice in CKD treatment, and it is a tremendous help when learned individuals share.
