Resources for an Adult post-kidney removal

I was born with a small kidney which in adulthood gave the symptoms of severe back-ache, when we finally worked out (decades on) what the issue was, removing it removed the problem.

Is there any communities here for people in the same situation as me? I am looking to learn as well as help others in the situation.
