Thanks for this link, OrangeCity! And in response to lowraind's question, I have printed out two copies to take to next pcp and nephrologist visits. Mine don't seem concerned about my CKD stage 3 diagnosis.

Maybe if more of us who have less proactive docs with earlier stage CKD did this, a few would become more attentive earlier??? Just a thought.

Very good idea for being pro-active for ones health. I had taken info to my PD on study of CKD contributing to prediabetes and is helpful.
