My husband suffers from chronic kidney disease and has been having recurrent seizures since December 2018. Has anyone else experienced this as a progression in the disease?

HI Tropicgirl,

Seizures are not usually associated with kidney disease unless they are in end stage. They are something to take very serious and so you should be speaking with a doctor about them.

Hi Tropicgirl,

I know of cases where this happens and starts suddenly. Is he on dialysis? Please see a neurologist for it. They may prescribe appropriate anti seizure medication for it. You got this. There is a way forward. Best wishes.
