For me, I think it got a little our of control. But I do hope you look at all of your options. I have no idea what the statistics are for you passing your CKD to your transplanted kidney, if you choose to follow that path. But you need to have that discussion with your nephrologist. Only you can make the decision whether to have a transplant or not. I am positive that you look at those stats and make your own decision. Just to comment again, I am living well 20 years past my transplant. My NEW kidney shows no sign, so far, of my CKD - which was FSGS.
