1.5 gfr 55 from 1.73 gfr 42 changed my diet and whole life style after I found out 2/1 I was stage 3 CKD I lost almost 25 lbs also I'm a type2 diabetic .I eat veggies and watch salt intake and try to walk every day

Well done keep up the hard work, I'm so glad you've seen a positive result. You've worked hard and it's paying off so you need to give yourself a big pat on the back.

If you ever have a wobble just look back to this day and remember how good it felt.
