Hi Im kring 29 yrs old from philippines, i was diagnosed for kidney failure stage 4 last 2 yrs ago for 19%gfr , and my last check up sep 10 was 44%.

Great to hear that your gfr went back up. Make sure to keep a healthy diet. Stay away from salty foods. Drink water. Low potassium, less bananas.

Actually i didnt do much, i controled my blood pressure and my sugar, walking once in a while, eating healthy food, drinking 3 liters a day or more, drinking my medicine on time, and i have this herbal vitamins called C24, it is really good, and this glutathione injectable,
