Without knowing your current height, weight and activity level, it's not possible to answer that question. As a rule, you would want to eat less/exercise more by ~ 500 calories each day to achieve a weight loss of 1 pound per week. Anything more than 2 pounds per week weight loss is not recommended, as at that point you are likely losing muscle mass as well as fat.
