How can I sometimes have creatinine in normal range ( lab not in USA, normal range is different. Upper normal is 1.30, mine is 1.13 last labs) when my CKD is 3B?

Think GFR is calculated by height weight age sex etc. Creatinine is higher in people with bigger muscle mass as it is a chemical that is produced by muscle. So although you may be still within range the top end of the range is probably taking into account young muscular tall people. it depends on your height build sex weight etc. Hope that makes sense!
