Well if it's through kidney buzz it could be. What exactly are they doing for you and what is the cost?
Kidney buzz is not reliable or reputable for their information or credibility. They've been banned from every kidney disease related group I know of. He has charged people to create a "kidney needed" related facebook page with a monthly maintenance fee while it is free and easy to set up on your own. There are also individuals and organizations out there who can help for free. They advertise super high success percentages that are suspect and inflatable. I've only heard of one person getting a donor with their help. That assistance may well have been given for free. Blessings
Check with National Kidney Foundation, American Association of Kidney Patients. They both can hook you up!
