Congrats on the good news. About still feeling tired, how are you sleeping? How many hours per night, uninterrupted or solid sleep?

666sb, I too am at level 3 and experience some fatigue. I am on pre-dialysis diet and I work out 2 days a week also. I am 77 though and might be a big factor. There must be several factors involving lowered kidney function that can contribute to fatigue. Best to ask your Doctor. It is on my list to ask my Doctor at next visit.
