Does anyone know if theres a way I would be able to help him? He's 64 and functioning at 15%.

Hi Minhee. I’m sorry to hear about your dad. He should be able to apply for Medicare. Typically, ESRD patients qualify for Medicare, regardless of their age. Here’s a website I found that contains some helpful information:
KinzBravo10 is correct. He can get Medicare. He can do either straight Medicare or Managed Care. Speak to any health plans and select which one suits your father best. LA Care, Health Net, Molina, Alignment, etc.
People who have kidney failure and are on dialysis are eligible to receive Medicare in most cases and Medicaid for those who do not have a work history.
