Gfr 46, with blood cell issues

Ive just had 1 of 2 iron infusions. My red blood cells are low in count, weak, pale, and mishapen. Not producing epo. Cant see nephro until nov 3. Has anyone had thsee type of symptoms in stage 3? I was diagnosed 3a 6 year yrs ago.

I am Level 3 and rbc is low normal range. Doctor watching it.

Do you follow a diet plan ?

Yes I do. It is called Pre-dialysis diet and mainly limits phosphorus, and sodium. Basically it is food groups and list, serving size and how many servings per day of each food group. I utilize recipes and menu planner on Davita web site also.
