Has it already been 10 years? Time flies when you're busy contracting other illnesses. I received a notice this morning that I'm due for a colonoscopy. Where did the last 10 years go? More lists, more blood tests, more magnesium citrate. The person who can invent a pleasant tasting drink to have the same effect should make a lot of money. Not as much as the person who develops a silent dentist drill, but a lot of money. They also want labs done prior to the procedure so I'll be getting new numbers sooner rather than later. I should have looked at the calendar. It's Monday.

Use a fat straw when you drink the mag cite. Get it back as far in your mouth as you can. Pro tip from my nurse mother. It worked well for me.

Thanks for the humor. I too just got notice am due a colonoscopy. You are right too busy dealing with other conditions. I had a Doctor who had me drink non alcoholic beer rather than the Gatorade.
