For anyone with insomnia and/or night sweats, how do you deal with it? I have had both for years. I'm not on any medication for either.

I buy a sleeping aid at our local publix Grocery store. I take one pill about 1-1/2 hours before

i the time i want to go to sleep. Bottle says take two pills, but one is OK for me. This may help.

Suggest taking two pills for you. this gets me drowsy and i can sleeo the night thru.

Hi Peachcobbler9. I know you posted this a month ago and I'm new to the site and saw your post. Have you seen an endocrinologist? They deal with your gland and hormones. You may have a thyroid issue. Plus I read that Almonds help with hot flashes and sweats.

Hope you fine help. Take care.
