Hi,i am 62y old man with adpk .my biggest problem is chronic uti with klebssiella organism what ever the length of period of treatment pus in urine returned back after 3 -4 of stopping carbapenem i.v treatment. Is there any solution.

I would recommend that you speak with your doctor. Perhaps the infection hasn't cleared.
