No infection but blood in urine

Hi all. I am desperate for any ideas u have on this. I have had a ct and kidney reflux camera test all came back normal but I still suffer with blood in urine when I go down with other symptoms of burning symptoms that r constant bowel constantly on loo (loose and smelly) but not diarehea feel very weak, bad pain in my tummy etc and off food with nausea. Any ideas as docs r useless! Antibiotics work for 2-3 weeks then its bang!.. back again! Help!

Been there , done that but no tee shirt! I did have a cystoscopy though and highly recommend it. It is painless, quick and proved that I had no infection, no cancer but left the urologist scratching his head. Same for my PCP, so it was up to me. I checked my pH and found I was pretty acidic. In three days with strips to check my urine twice daily and sodium bicarbonate tablets (no prescription!), to regulate the pH, I stopped my kidneys from bleeding into my bladder to a very clear pale yellow and fixed those other symptoms you listed. If I leave off even one day, my pH changes so my daily maintenance is 3 tablets, morning and evening with my regular meds and I keep the magic "7" pH. I still haven't told my PCP what I did but I will---some day.
