Waiting time for kidney removal?

Hi,

Due to a blocked ureta, I have to have a kidney removed. I am just trying to find information about whether there are NHS target waiting times for the this? It is not cancer (phew) so obviously not a priority, but a rough indication of time scale would be good to know!

Thanks,

Thanks for your question, however, this community is hosted by the National Kidney Foundation in the U.S. I'm sorry we do not have information on wait times for kidney removal in NHS. However, perhaps someone will respond! We are currently in test mode and will be launching this site publicly in a few weeks!
