I'm finding it really difficult to resist my habitual late night milky drink and chocolate fix. I've switched to skimmed milk instead of semi skimmed and a low fat choc ice cream. But I still think those calories last thing at night are slowing down my weight loss!
Try using Options drinking choc (only 40 cals a cup) - I also switched to almond milk weeks ago - I joined Slimming World last year and have lost 3 stone todate but struggled with my milk allowance but discovered you are allowed far more almond milk than dairy which suits me down to the ground because of the amount of tea/coffee I consume in a day. Maybe it's worth a try!
