Weight update for me is 50kg and my mum is 59kg. I know I am a healthy weight and my bmi is healthy. I am doing this dieting with my mum. Plus I bloat a lot and look pregnant when I do. That makes me feel horrible and I hate myself and the way I look. The pregnant bloated look is not ok when not actually pregnant x

Haha I have lost six stone and am a healthy weight now but if I showed you my belly you would run screaming!!!

I felt like you when I was 20 and I wasn't fat but I always felt like I was! Now looking back I wish I had appreciated that what I had was NORMAL and fine! Just like yours!!!

And I now realise people don't care and don't look at other people as much as you think they do! I also wish I had realised this back in my twenties!

To feel proactive it could benefit you to tone up! Do some exercises daily including some core strength ones as it can be weak muscles that allow the tummy to tip forward instead of being held in a more upright position. And avoid bloating by eating at set times, spaced out, and not too late into the evening to give food time to digest.
