Overnight oats are a good filling breakfast or porridge or Greek yoghurt with berries and nuts.

Good morning and welcome back to the forum, Blie2 :)

Motivation is our reason for doing something so it comes from within. Using the forum on a regular basis, daily if possible can really strengthen commitment. Here's a reminder of how to find your way around healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... Why not join today's weigh-in, and post your meal plans on the Daily Diary?

Frittata is a good option. You can have it for breakfast and serve it with a salad for lunch. You can add all sorts of veggies to it and the other day I saw that someone had added tinned salmon to it so I’m going to give that a try 😋

Hi Blie and welcome back

I'd put being active on this forum at the top of your list of what to focus on :) The rest will follow.

Welcome back Blie2

I can’t emphasis enough how valuable Daily forum activity is. We have lots of things happening, including the daily chat thread, which has a list of all the events we have running and the best place to let off steam, share any news or plans have a general grumble healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
