Missed my weigh in on Tuesday

I had the flu for a few days. I just got up and tried to put in my weight in but you were out for the day. There was no change in my weight.

I was 230.6

Maybe that was a omen ha ha. I hope everyone is doing well and if not I hope you have a great week next week.

Sorry you missed the weigh in today, Applesspice . STS (stay the same) is better than a gain anyway. Hope we will see you in Tuesday Trimmers next week. Just be aware Admin close the daily weigh-ins at 9pm.

Get yourself better first! That’s the main thing at the moment. There’s an awful lot of flu type bugs around now. I’m just getting over one -thought I was dying! Looked up all my symptoms on google and worried myself silly. Then got a grip and accepted I had a heavy cold! What a hypochondriac I am!

Yours sounds a lot more nasty than mine.
