Hi all and hope you are having as good a week as I am-never looked forward to weighing before so much!
I am a great believer in habits and continually doing something until it is automatic. It takes me a while sometimes to realise where I am going wrong and I used to eat so well all week and then at the weekend think I will have crisps or chocolate for breakfast as you need a relaxed day-wrong. All that did was to start my bad habits all over again. I never really enjoy food when I eat like that and can honestly say I would much rather have a nutritious home cooked meal which I know is giving my body the vitamins and minerals it needs.
I have read books about overeating which go on about trying ways to stop yourself from getting hungry but for me overeating was never about hunger
I now have home made cake with no preservatives in the freezer in portion sizes and sometimes have that for Sunday breakfast and does not make me want to overeat
