I haven’t introduced myself as yet do here l am. I’ve had a number of bad years of depression, anxiety and low self esteem l feel at 55 l need to turn things around. My weight had multiplied and l feel desperate to doing something about it. My life isn’t straight forward with looking after my parents changing my job to accommodate. I feel no time for me so eating and drinking is my outlet.

Monday is the start for me a new start.

Hi Tree-hugger

Well done, you need to put yourself first to be able to help others... otherwise you can't be helpful to anyone..!

I always think of the instructions to put your oxygen mask on FIRST before you help others with theirs, it takes a while to grasp the true significance of that.. But once understood - you have to live it!!

Cheering you on to be better for you and all you care for 🎉🎉🎉

Yes, have very little time for myself. Between my elderly parents back and forth to opticians, GP, dentist, shopping, working and taking the dog for a walk l don’t sit down until 10 pm.
