I made this tonight and served it on a bed of mashed celeriac with a side of cabbage

Delicious , I highly recommend

Photo above - I forgot the chopped parsley to sprinkle on the top

I did remember the teaspoon of soured cream!

Protein 28 g

Fat 15g

Fibre 3g

carbs 270g

Plus the celeriac mash 40 cals and the pointed cabbage
