Hello lovely people in my phone. I Thought i would share something I've been doing week and its keeping me going. I wrote down all the points in the day when i am tempted. So for me it's 10am break time at work. Lunch. Break time in the afternoon. My daughters tea time and about 9pm.
I have set daily reminders in my phone diary for these times. Kinda my little angel on my shoulders persuading me to be good. The reminders range from..
"You dont need that extra coffee.. grab some water"
"Come on mrs, stay strong."
"Stop finishing off her tea... throw it in the bin. You dont need two teas"
So... it may seem a little crazy but its working.

Hi Smartie831, it is great that you are setting yourself reminders for healthy swaps. I think I might trying that too. It makes such a difference cutting down your tea/coffee and drinking water - no calories!!!
love it... my danger time is definately about 9:30ish once the kids are all in bed ! might have to try this to get me out of my habit of seeing whats in the fridge haha ! Something like simple like "just dont do it " ha!
