1442 kcal today, pleased and will start making clear chicken soup this week

Week 2 day 1, 3rd time going my 12 weeks weigh loss plan. First week wasn't easy at all, struggle to keep to daily calories allowance. Based on my BMI, my daily calories allowance is 1330 in order to lose weight, so 1442 is a pass for me. I'm making clear chicken soup tomorrow, hopefully this will help me to reduce calories intake and feeling full.

  • lol I'm the complete opposite. I always find the first week the easiest because I am revved up and ready to go. Week two onward I start to struggle and usually by week 4 it's all out the window. This time I didn't even get to the end of week two :/

  • Guess you're quick starter and I need time to warm up;). I actually take a day off calories counting every week, I need it and so far it's worked.

    Have a look in the recipe section, I have posted my chunky veg soup in there (We tend to add a bit of gammon to it too ;) ) Very filling and low cals per portion
