Really trying again

Have not been as focused this last while back and although I have still been swimming and going to the gym I have not been as focused on my diet so have decided it's time to get back to it. So using my food diary again and tracking everything. Today I have gone over but yesterday and the day before I was over so it hopefully should even out. I want to look nice for my son's army cadet dinner at Christmas. Last year I settled for a dress that covered up the lumps and bumps, so fingers crossed, I get there.

Welcome back Little-t38, great to know you are tracking your calories and have an aim in mind. You will look so good.

Definitely the way to gain control is to calorie count and keep a food diary and then you will look fab at the army cadet dinner


I hope so as its really a dressy affair and I want to feel nice and comfortable this year.
